This is our aim, goal, and vision.

Think - Curiously Discern
- They have a biblical worldview, while curiously discerning God’s Word and the world with humility in order to grow closer to God individually and in community.
- They know the story of the Bible and how they fit in God’s redemptive story while being able to identify the lens in which they use to interpret the Bible.
- They have self-awareness and have identified their unique God-given gifts, talents, and passions, which they use to grow closer to God, to serve Him, to achieve a greater understanding of His Word, and to develop God-honoring relationships with others.
- They have confidence in their identity in Christ, and thus believes that they are valuable, unconditionally loved by God, forgiven by Christ, and a qualified heir of God.
- They understand different worldviews in order to lovingly engage with others to share Gospel.

Feel - Community of Belonging
- They desire to learn more about God and seek Him because they love Him.
- They will love everyone around them with the grace, compassion, and love that they experience with Christ.
- They feel confident, competent and valuable because of who they are through Christ, while also remaining humble while they serve.
- They feel safe in doubt because they know it leads to deeper faith when paired with an attitude of humility and seeking Christ.
- They feel secure and supported in the Church and feel like a contributing member of the wider Christian community.

Do - Kingdom Apprentice
- They value others, seek to put others first, and cultivate God-honoring community wherever they go.
- They live as grace-filled, great commission Christians, modeling the life of Jesus to everyone around them.
- They stay engaged in the local and global Church, creatively working to continually make the church a beautiful reflection of the community Christ desires.
- They submit to Christ making Him Lord of their entire self, doing everything for Christ and not for man.
- They continuously seek to learn and grow by humbly questioning everything, owning their faith, spiritually feeding themselves, and failing forward.
- They live Jesus’ life as their own and seek to demonstrate the fruits of the Spirit in every circumstance.
- They lead those around them by their example and make disciple-making disciples.
